ICLS covers assistance and support for adults over 65 years and older, who are eligible or receiving benefits for the Elderly Waiver (EW) or the Alternative Care (AC) Program.

Independent Living Skills Training are services that aid in the development of improved community-living skills. This includes assistance with interpersonal skills and self-care, addressing maladaptive behaviors, improving community engagement and attendance to personal responsibilities.
